Ingredients: ½ cup low-fat milk
½ cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt
3 Tbsp dry milk powder
1 ½ Tbsp honey
½ cup fresh fruit (combination of choice, such as berries, peaches or mango)
½ medium banana
Directions: Combine all ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth. Divide between two glasses.
